Our Principal

Welcome Families!

I’m Laliet Gyesi, the founder of Jemison Carver STEM International School.  Over 15 years ago, I started my journey in the education field as a shadow teacher at The Ohio State University’s Early Childcare Center.  It was there that I realized that a quality early childhood education is essential in a child's development and is an indicator of how they will thrive later in their academics.

Unfortunately, the opportunity to excel academically poses a barrier for many children around the globe. This seemingly impossible feat of leveling the educational playing field for all children to soar, became an opportunity and mission for me.

With the backing of my faith, experience, and a dynamic team of educators I aspire to bridge the equity gaps in education and to be a leading force in STEM education. I’m honored to be a partner with you during these pivotal years in your child’s education and thank you for choosing JC STEM International School!

Open enrollment is now available for the 2025-26 academic school year for Preschool - 5th grade students. To begin the enrollment process, kindly complete the pre-registration form which is available online or in person at the school.
